Shower fan Sue Griffiths was fed up with looking at a bath she rarely used.
Hair-line cracks in the wash basin and a freezing north facing bathroom were also beginning to grate – plus the annoyance of a broken shower head which would fall from the support stand.
Having previously experienced Andy’s workman ship with fitting a new boiler and radiators for Sue at her Forsbrook home, she had no hesitation in getting a quote from Action Bathrooms for a completely new bathroom.
Sue already had an idea in mind: “I knew I wanted to get rid of the bath which would provide loads more space. I’ve always been a shower person and it just seemed like it would fit my personal preference. I’d also got an idea of the colour scheme and the kind of fixture and fittings I wanted but was struggling to visualise how to design the layout.”

She said: “Going into Action Bathrooms showroom was great. Beth worked with us to draw up the plans and then when I put on the Virtual Reality headset, I was able to see exactly what my new bathroom would look like – it really was great. Once I signed off the design – it was all systems go.
“My new bathroom was fitted within three weeks. The team’s help, guidance and knowledge throughout the process were brilliant, any minor problems were ironed out quickly, and they bend over backwards to help and didn’t mind changing small details as the work progressed. Beth was brilliant with colour schemes matching samples and getting the best textures and designs which I really loved.
